1. Host part:

The screw barrel is made of high-strength nitride alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or high-strength quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV), and the main engine is driven by an AC variable frequency controller; The temperature controller adopts an intelligent temperature control meter, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃

2Mold section:

The mold adopts imported S136 heat stable extrusion mold special steel, with smooth mirror like flow channels, providing sufficient guarantee for high-quality medical tubes

3. Cooling and shaping part:

All stainless steel fixed sinks are made of imported SUS304 stainless steel bent into shape, with a fully enclosed glass cover structure and a medical grade stainless steel vacuum pump. The roundness and precision of the pipes are high; Special sealed drying device, free from water splashing;

4. Traction machine part:

The traction belt adopts Swiss imported multi wedge belt, Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor, and high-precision synchronous belt transmission mechanism to ensure long-term operation of high-precision and high stability traction line speed, and the belt does not slip or make noise during the traction process;

5. Cutting machine part:

The cutting machine adopts a low inertia aluminum alloy rotating blade arm and a special cutting blade sleeve to make the incision flat without flying wires. It is driven by a servo motor, PLC programming control, and a touch based human-machine operation interface to ensure the accuracy of the cutting length. The cutting length can be set arbitrarily and the number of cutting times can be automatically counted.
